Baked Milk Pudding with SUNLAC

For today’s recipe with SUNLAC, we will heat over and prepare Baked Milk Pudding!

Steps to Prepare Baked Milk Pudding:

Ingredients

  • 600ml SUNLAC Skim Milk
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 60g corn flour
  • 50g castor sugar
  • 2 egg yolks

Instructions

Step 1


Combine beaten egg yolk into a pot with sugar and SUNLAC Skim Milk.

Step 2


Pour corn flour into the mixture and mix evenly.

Step 3


Add cheddar cheese into the mix over low heat.

Step 4


Stir mixture until they’re even and thick.

Step 5


Pour mixture into a shaped container and cover with saran/cling wrap.

Step 6


Let cool for 3 hours.

Step 7


Spread mixture on a tray and coat with egg yolk.

Step 8


Bake at 230°C for 15 minutes.
