Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Boneless Chicken
- 2/3 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Fenugreek
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 Cup Yellow Onion
- 14 oz Whole / Pureed Tomatoes
- ½ cup DailyLac 100% Natural Full Cream Milk
Instructions
Step 1
Add yogurt, garam masala, coriander, ½ teaspoon salt into a large bowl then mix. Add chicken then mix to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 2
Add oil on a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook onions for 5 minutes and add ginger, garlic, cumin, fenugreek and remaining ½ teaspoon salt. Stir the spices and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add tomato paste, the marinated chicken with yogurt, milk and tomato sauce.
Step 4
Stir and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes till sauce thickens and chicken is cooked and tender.
Step 5
Serve over basmati rice and garnish with cilantro or naan bread.
