Chinese Milk Hot Pot Base Recipe

We’re always so excited to share DAILYLAC-inspired recipes with everyone🤩! For today’s recipe, we’re sharing Chinese Milk Hot Pot Base using DAILYLAC 💯% Whole Milk.

Ingredients

Soup Base Ingredients

  • 2 glasses of DAILYLAC Whole Milk (6 tbsp (50g) of DAILYLAC milk + 400ml of water = 2 glass)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 5 bowls of white bone broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Hot Pot Ingredients

  • 1 piece chicken breast
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 fresh shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 2 spinach
  • 500g pumpkin
  • 1 carrot

Instructions

Step 1


Wash and cut the chicken breast into thin slices.

Step 2


Wash and chop broccoli into small pieces. Remove the stem of the fresh shiitake mushroom and cut it into slices. Blanch them until cooked. Set aside.

Step 3


Peel and dice pumpkin and carrot to 0.3cm. Set aside.

Step 4


Dice onions and melt butter on a wok over high heat; pour onto the diced onion.

Step 5


Stir-fry over low heat.

Step 6


Remove the root of the cabbage, then separate it into small pieces. Remove the root of the celery, and slice it into strips.

Step 7


Pour milk soup into the pot, and bring it to a boil. Add DAILYLAC milk and diced onions, and bring to a boil.

Step 8


Season with salt and sugar. Serve with hot pot ingredients.
