Ingredients
- 1 cup water (or ½ cup for less soupy noodles)
- ⅓ cup DAILYLAC Whole Milk
- instant ramen noodles + seasoning packet
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salted butter
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped scallions
Instructions
Step 1
- Heat 1 cup of water in a pan and bring it to a boil.
- Once the water boils, add 1 package of noodles to the pan and cook the noodles as per package instructions.
- Do not overcook, otherwise the noodles will become mushy.
Step 2
- Drain the extra water and transfer the noodles back to the pan.
- Add 1 cup of water and the other ingredients. Stir gently until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
Step 3
- Garnish with 1 teaspoon of chopped scallions and some toasted sesame seeds (optional) and serve immediately!
