Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (or ½ cup for less soupy noodles)
  • ⅓ cup DAILYLAC Whole Milk
  • instant ramen noodles + seasoning packet
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salted butter
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped scallions

Instructions

Step 1


  • Heat 1 cup of water in a pan and bring it to a boil.
  • Once the water boils, add 1 package of noodles to the pan and cook the noodles as per package instructions.
  • Do not overcook, otherwise the noodles will become mushy.

Step 2


  • Drain the extra water and transfer the noodles back to the pan.
  • Add 1 cup of water and the other ingredients. Stir gently until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.

Step 3


  • Garnish with 1 teaspoon of chopped scallions and some toasted sesame seeds (optional) and serve immediately!
