Fried Milk Recipe with SUNLAC

How to Prepare Fried Milk:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • ¼ cup of SUNLAC Skim Milk
  • 3 tbsp of corn flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 large eggs (beat)
  • ¼ cup of corn flour
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs/panko or oat
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

Step 1


Mix coconut milk, milk, corn flour and sugar into a bowl.

Step 2


Heat the ingredient over low heat until mixtures thicken. Stir them in one direction.

Step 3


Set aside and cool in the fridge for 40-60 minutes, or until frozen.

Step 4


Cut into slices about 5cm in length and 3cm width.

Step 5


Roll in corn flour, egg and breadcrumbs accordingly.

Step 6


Heat oil to 150-160°C and fry egg slices until golden and crispy.

Step 7


Use paper towel to dab away excess oil.

Step 8
