International Frozen Yoghurt Day

Happy International Frozen Yoghurt Day! 🍨For, this recipe today and on upcoming Valentine’s Day❤️, we will prepare a simple frozen yogurt with three different berries, using SUNLAC Skim Milk with less than 1% fat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup of SUNLAC skim milk
- 1 cup of frozen berries (blueberries, black berries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp honey
NOTE: Needs an ice cream maker.
Instructions
Step 1
Freeze your ice cream maker bowl for at least 24 hours prior.
Step 2
Add yogurt, milk, thawed berries & honey to a blender. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
Step 3
Power up the ice cream maker and pour the yogurt mixture in.
Step 4
Let the yogurt mixture spin in the machine for 10-15 minutes or until it’s thick and foam forms.
Step 5
Scoop and serve immediately for a softer & even textured dessert.
