Overnight Oats Recipe

This month, SUNLAC wants to share a healthy recipe for 🌙 ‘overnight oats’ 🌅 that can be made with our instant skim milk powder. Overnight oats are easy to make and a good choice for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons SUNLAC Skim Milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
Step 1
Pour dry oats into a jar or airtight container.
Step 2
Mix SUNLAC skim milk powder and water with oats.
Step 3
Add chia seeds, honey and salt.
Step 4
Mix the oatmeal mixture and seal the jar or airtight container.
Step 5
Put the oatmeal in the fridge to chill overnight (or at least 3-4 hours).
Step 6
Add a little extra water (about 1-3 tsp), before eating.
Note:
If you want to add something that might get soggy (like granola or cereal), you should add it after the oatmeal is refrigerated.
