Peach Ice Cream Day

✨How to Prepare SUNLAC’s Peach Ice Cream:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of minced peaches (de-skinned)
- 1 ÂĽ cup of sugar
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of SUNLAC skim milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1
Stir minced peaches with ½ sugar in a medium-sized bowl
Step 2
Let sit for 15 minutes for the peaches to be juicier.
Step 3
Blend the peaches in a blender or food processor until fine and smooth.
Step 4
Combine peach mixture with heavy cream, SUNLAC skim milk, vanilla extract, and the excess sugar in a big bowl.
Step 5
Take out your freezer bowl and turn on your ice cream maker.
Step 6
Pour the peach mixture into the ice cream maker that’s been running for 25-30 minutes.
Step 7
Serve immediately for a soft texture & delectable dessert.
Step 8
Keep it in the freezer for 6 hours or a night, then scoop & serve.
