Rose Agar-Agar W/ Coconut Milk

How to prepare SUNLAC’s Rose Agar-Agar with Coconut Milk 👉
Ingredients
- 10g agar-agar powder
- Rose essence
- 4 cups of water
- 1 cup of sugar
- 200ml SUNLAC Skim Milk
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- Pandan leaf (tie into a knot)
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water and stir with sugar, agar-agar powder, and pandan leaf.
Step 2
Lower the heat and pour the mixture of SUNLAC Skim Milk, egg, rose essence, and a pinch of salt. Then take out the pandan leaf.
Step 3
Stir the mixture slowly and wait for it to simmer on medium heat. Then turn off the stove.
Step 4
Wet a tray, then pour the agar-agar mixture. Let it sit and solidify.
Step 5
Put it in the fridge and serve cold!
