Here’s how you can make yourself these cute and yummy milk rice cake!
Ingredients
- 2tbsp(20g) glutinous rice flour
- Starch powder 4tbsp(40g)
- 1 glass (200ml) of DAILYLAC (3-4 tbsp/1 sachet of DAILYLAC milk powder + water)
- 3tbsp sugar
- A little salt
Instructions
Step 1
Pour all of the ingredients onto a frying pan and start stirring over low heat until it turns into a thick and mochi-like texture.
Step 2
Remove the milk rice cake from the heat and mold it with a spatula (or any weapon of choice) into any shape you want before it cools down and hardens.
Step 3
If it’s too sticky, apply sesame or vegetable oil.
Step 4
Set aside and sprinkle with cocoa powder, sugar sprinkles/glitter, cinnamon, or any sweet condiments of your choice!
Step 5
Top it off with blue, red, yellow, and white sugar sprinkles for a Merdeka-themed dessert.
Step 6
Voila~ sweet, simple, and yummy little milk mochi!
